업무 내용

  • Performs Public and Onsite trainings external clients
  • Identifies and implements ways to improve or
    facilitate the training process
  • Creates and/or modifies courseware contents
  • Operate general guidelines and business rules
  • Works closely with developers to deliver training
  • Serves as a liason to partner training vendors and to Sales team
  • Represents Red Hat to the customer and the
    customer to Red Hat in sales  related matters
